One Arm Pull Up Transformation- 6 Years of Training

This was when I was first exposed to videos of people doing one arm pull ups and I was immediately hooked on the idea of being strong enough to do one myself. This is the 6 year journey of my natural one arm pull up progression. I have worked incredibly hard over the past 6 years to achieve my one arm pull up goal and was able to end the year with a personal record of an added 15 lbs/6.8 kg weighted one arm pull up. This is an increase of 32 pounds or 14.5 kg when you include bodyweight and added weight since I did my first one arm pull up in 2019. Progression and transformation such as strength and body take a long time and patience is key to success. Progression is best and most likely to be long lasting when it is slow and steady and something you feel you can maintain. Setbacks such as injuries and any other thing life wants to throw at you will happen, but there is always a way to to get back to your goals and progress no matter the circumstances. When you believe in yourself and work hard towards your goals progress is a sure thing, however, it is not always linear, sometimes you take one step back to go two steps forward! I love calisthenics and fitness in any form and I will continue to work on my other goals and so look out for another progression video from me in the near future!
