Diecast Model Detailing: Applying McLaren MP4/4 Decals

How to apply decals on a scale model, shown step by step on this Altaya 1/43 Ayrton Senna McLaren MP4/4 #12, winner of the 1988 San Marino Grand Prix. This livery uses the plain Marlboro wordmark decals rather than the barcode design, since several circuits that era banned tobacco branding, so teams carried a separate decal set for those races. That split is reflected on the sheet and adds to the historical accuracy to the model. The rear wing needed extra care too, since the decal has to be worked around the wing's curve without cracking or lifting at the edges, which is the main technique covered in this video.
