Le Fouquet's | Le temple du luxe français à New-York

It was in Paris, on the Champs-Élysées, that Fouquet's built its legend. Opened in 1899, it has welcomed all the biggest movie stars. A symbol of French elegance, both in its decor and on its menu. Since 2006, the brasserie has also been accompanied by a hotel, above the restaurant. It's also a brand that is exported worldwide. After opening 10 brasseries in France and abroad, its owner, the Barrière group, has seen things in a big way in New York: a 97-room hotel with an art deco feel, a spa, and two restaurants, including a brasserie, which incorporates all the codes of its Parisian big sister. And to keep the establishment running, among the employees, there are a few French people. What are their recipes for making Fouquet's in New York the temple of French chic? We followed its staff in the final stretch before the establishment's opening. Director: Sébastien Gilles
