Martin McGuinness MLA at TEDxStormont

Martin McGuinness was appointed as deputy First Minister in 2007 and was re-elected to this post in May 2011. Member of Sinn Féin since 1970, Mr McGuinness has a keen interest in sport, walking and literature, particularly poetry. @M_McGuinness_SF In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event.
