We're in Miami! Miami Design District and heading to the Mai Kai Tiki Restaurant & Polynesian Show!

Part 1 of ?: Took some time off to check out Miami with Jake! We hit up the Miami Design District which was very cool! Wish I could have filmed in the shops but security kept telling me it wasn't allowed...sooo, had to settle for some "window shopping" with the camera. From there we went back up the coast a bit to Fort Lauderdale for the night and reservation at the Tiki Restaurant called Mai Kai Restaurant & Polynesian Show! We caught the 8pm show and it was fantastic!! If our seats were any closer we'd been on stage! Excellent food, music and dancing! Got lots of ideas for my "Rockets and Tiki's" Tiki Bar Restaurant! Here's the link! https://dunebuggyjim.myspreadshop.com/ DBJ’s Texas Cowboy Sheet Cake Sift into large bowl 2 cups of Sugar 2 cups of Flour 1 teaspoon of baking soda 1/2 teaspoon of salt Melt together 2 sticks of Parkay 4 Tablespoons of Cocoa 1 cup water Bring to a boil and pour over dry ingredients Add 1/2 cup of buttermilk 2 eggs 1 Tablespoon of Vanilla Mix well Pour into cookie sheet pan and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean ICING 4 Tablespoons of Cocoa 6 Tablespoons of buttermilk Bring to a boil (take off stove) Add in 1 box powdered sugar (1 pound) 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 cup of chopped nuts if you desire) Spread while this is still hot. Once cooled, Enjoy! Pairs nicely with vanilla Ice cream!
