Hi guys! In today's video I will show you how to prepare Galician empanada. There are many different fillings, today I will prepare it with tuna. If you are in a hurry you can use ready made dough, but I really recommend you to try this one... let me know!! Ingredients: onion red bell pepper green bell pepper white tuna loins 4 tablespoons of fried tomato a small glass of olive oil 650 gr flour 200 ml of milk 1/2 teaspoon of paprika 1/2 teaspoon salt Do not forget 1 or 2 boiled eggs. Peel and cut the onion into medium pieces. Remove the seeds from the red and green bell pepper and cut into medium pieces. Pour the oil in a frying pan and when it is hot add the vegetables, fry them over medium heat for about 20 minutes. Strain the oil from the tuna and separate the slices. Add 6 spoonfuls of fried tomato to the vegetables. Add a little salt and mix well. We turn off the fire. Strain the sofrito to extract all this oil. We will use the oil to make the dough. Pour the vegetables in a bowl and add the tuna. Mix well. Chop the boiled eggs and mix until all the ingredients are well blended. Let it cool completely. To prepare the dough: We will need 200ml of oil in total, so I add the oil from the sofrito and add olive oil until we reach 200ml. Pour the flour into the bowl of our mixer. Add the paprika and salt. Add the milk and mix a little. Add the oil and mix. We finish kneading with our hands and make a ball with the dough. Let it rest for 20 minutes. Prepare a greased mold with oil. Divide the dough in 2. and stretch well with a rolling pin and put it in the mold. Stretch the other half of the dough. Pour the filling and spread it well. Cover with the other half of the dough and cut the edges that are left over. With this dough decorate as you like. Make a hole in the middle so that steam can escape and it does not break. Brush with beaten egg and bake in the oven for 45 minutes at 200 degrees.
