Building a house with my own hands is a journey — especially when doing it after a regular day job. In this episode, I'm laying the very first layer of masonry walls on top of the foundations. From spacing out the blocks, mixing mortar, to carefully setting up the corners with a spirit level. Parallel to the build, I take care of our young beech hedge that suffered from recent heatwaves.
