酪梨果醬 (牛油果醬) Guacamole

Maggie料理 第二集 Easy Cook Episode 2 酪梨果醬 (牛油果醬) Guacamole 食譜 Recipe 材料： 牛油果 3個 （或稱酪梨） 萊姆汁 1 1/2 大匙 （或檸檬汁) 紅洋蔥碎 3大匙 （或白洋蔥、青蔥） 墨西哥綠辣椒 1/2個 （塞拉諾辣椒） 香菜葉碎 3大匙 番茄 1個 鹽 1/4小匙 調味料: E.V. 橄欖油 2大匙 鹽 少許 小茴香粉 少許 玉米脆片 適量 做法： 先切牛油果，去皮取籽，取出果肉放在大碗中， 把萊姆榨汁，加入牛油果中，然後壓成泥狀。 把洋蔥、香菜切碎。 把一半的洋蔥碎、香菜碎、少許鹽和E.V. 橄欖油先磨成泥狀， 番茄去皮去籽切小丁，加入牛油果中。 把墨西哥辣辣切碎， 把剩下的洋蔥碎、香菜碎、辣椒碎拌加入牛油果中， 加入鹽，茴香粉拌勻。 也可黑胡椒和紅椒粉， 搭配玉米片食用。 Ingredients: 3 ripe avocados 1 tbsp lime juice (or lemon juice) 3 tbsp chopped red onion 1/2 serrano pepper 3 tbsp coriander leaves 1 tomato 1/4 tsp salt 2 tbsp E.V. olive oil Salt A pinch of cumin powder Tortilla chips Method: Scoop the avocado into a bowl. Squeeze the lime juice and add into the bowl and mash the avocado. Chop the onion and coriander and set aside. Add 1/2 of the chopped onion and 1/2 of the coriander into a mortar, add some salt and E.V. olive oil, mash to a paste. Remove the tomato skin and seed, chop into small dices. Chop the Serrano pepper. Add the remain onion and coriander and pepper into the avocado, Sprinkle in the salt and cumin powder, mix well. Serve with tortilla chips.
