Puy du Fou has broken its attendance record, reaching 2,260,000 visitors. This theme park's vitality rests on an unusual formula. Here, there are no roller coasters or dynamic cinema, but rather gigantic historical reenactments blending actors, acrobats, and spectacular machinery. Sylvain, the rider, has less than two months to introduce a new horse to his team for the reenactment of a spectacular Gallo-Roman chariot race. Romain, the park's birdman, trains a squadron of geese to fly with him and his ultralight aircraft.
