We're back and ready to resume consultations skill building! In the first video to start off the semester, we're exploring how we can elicit, explore and address our patient's views; we have briefly touched on the ICE model previously and this video is an extension of how we can implement this with some examples. To challenge some of you, when watching the scenario, write down when the healthcare professional demonstrates good practice in drawing out the patient's thoughts and opinions and let us know how you did!
