Separate the broccoli into florets. 2. Place the broccoli in a heatproof container and microwave at 800W for 2 minutes. 3. Heat margarine in a frying pan and sauté the king oyster mushrooms until browned. 4. Add the broccoli and, once combined, add the white dashi and mix well. 5. Serve on a plate and sprinkle with black pepper. ◯ Bibimbap [Ingredients] ・Rice: To taste ・Egg yolks: 2 (Namul) ・Bean sprouts: 1 bag * Spinach: 1 bunch Carrot: 1 Sesame oil: 1 tablespoon Chinese stock powder: 2 teaspoons White sesame seeds: 2 tablespoons (Stir-fried pork) Pork slices: 300g Soy sauce: 1 tablespoon Barbecue sauce: 1 tablespoon Sweet bean paste: 1 tablespoon Sake: 1 tablespoon Gochujang: 1 teaspoon Garlic paste (from a tube): 3cm Sesame oil: 1 teaspoon [Instructions] ① Make namul. Cut the carrot into thin strips and the spinach into bite-sized pieces. ② Place the lightly washed bean sprouts and ① in a heat-resistant container and microwave at 800W for 3 minutes. ③ Add sesame oil, Chinese stock powder, and white sesame seeds to ② and mix well. The namul is now complete. ④ Make the stir-fried pork. Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the pork slices. ⑤ Once cooked through, add all the seasonings for the stir-fried pork and stir-fry until most of the liquid has evaporated. ⑥ Serve rice in a bowl, then top with ③, ⑤, and an egg yolk in that order. ■Tuesday ◯Bell Pepper and Chikuwa Kinpira 【Ingredients】 ・Bell peppers: 3 ・Carrots: 1/2 ・Chikuwa (fish cake): 3 ・White sesame seeds: 1 tablespoon ・Sesame oil: 1 tablespoon ・Soy sauce: 1 tablespoon ・Mirin: 1 tablespoon ・Japanese-style dashi stock: 1/2 teaspoon 【Instructions】 ① Cut the bell peppers, carrots, and chikuwa into thin strips. ② Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and stir-fry ① for about 2 minutes. ③ Add all the other ingredients and stir-fry until most of the liquid has evaporated. ◯Pork slices Steamed Vegetables [Ingredients] ・Pork slices 400g ・Bean sprouts 1 bag ・Enoki mushrooms 1/2 bag (Sesame Ponzu Sauce) ・Ponzu sauce 3 tablespoons ・Sesame oil 1 teaspoon ・Garlic paste 2cm ・White sesame seeds 1 tablespoon (Sesame Sauce) ・Ground sesame seeds 2 tablespoons ・Mayonnaise 2 tablespoons ・Noodle soup base 2 tablespoons ・Water 2 tablespoons (Spicy Miso Sauce) ・Miso 2 tablespoons ・Gochujang 1 tablespoon ・Sugar 1 teaspoon ・Garlic paste 2cm ・White sesame seeds 1 tablespoon [Instructions] ①Spread the bean sprouts on a hot plate, then add the enoki mushrooms on top, separating them as you go. ②Spread the pork slices on top, cover, and steam-fry for 10 minutes. ③Make the sauces. Mix the ingredients for each sauce together. ④ Once the ingredients in step ② are cooked through, it's done. Serve with your favorite sauce. ■Wednesday ◯Stir-fried bell peppers and king oyster mushrooms with sauce 【Ingredients】 ・Bell peppers: 3 ・King oyster mushrooms: 2 ・Carrot: 1/2 ・Worcestershire sauce: 1 tablespoon ・Soy sauce: 1 teaspoon ・Sugar: 1/2 teaspoon 【Instructions】 ① Cut the bell peppers and carrots into thin strips, and the king oyster mushrooms into bite-sized pieces. ② Heat oil in a frying pan, add the ingredients from step ① and stir-fry. ③ Add the Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and sugar, and coat everything evenly.
