Community Builders was a three-year initiative that brought together 20 Colorado nonprofits working to advance health equity in their communities. Funded by The Colorado Health Foundation and led by Nonprofit Finance Fund (NFF), the program paired three years of flexible, unrestricted operating grants with self-determined technical assistance, peer learning among leaders facing similar challenges, and stipends that valued leaders' time.
