[TK.01] Roma Capitale presented its approach to digital transformation through three emblematic projects—the PPP for the 5G network, the UCRONIA Digital Twin, and the JULIA app—organized around three pillars: connecting the city with advanced communications infrastructure, understanding the city through data and digital representations of the territory, and engaging with the city through AI tools for citizen engagement.
