Presidential Oath of Office Ceremony - 04/04/19

Here's a look into the Armed Forces of Malta's involvement for the Presidential Oath of Office Ceremony that took place on Thursday 4th April 2019. The day started with early preparations of the aircrafts at the AFM's Air Wing, together with an inspection of the Guard of Honour at Luqa Barracks, before departing to Valletta. During the Ceremony, the AFM mounted a Guard of Honour in St. George's Square, executed a 21 Gun Salute, and performed a flypast composed of five air assets. Approximately 300 AFM personnel were involved on the day, including those who were on Parade and those with supporting roles.
