A Night at the Smelters

DAN'S UPDATE - 1/11/14 Yeah - I should really resolve this storyline. I know how it ends. Might just upload the script to dA at some point. I doubt I'll have the time to film it now, which is a shame. This time, I won't make any promises - we'll have to wait and see I guess. ORIGINAL DESCRIPTION Thanks for SkarloeyTheGreat for the fantastic ghost face. Far too talented for my liking :P This little idea came about after several revisions, little glimpses of idea and what would go into it. The major thing that decided how it would flow, in the end, was the relationship between Percy and Diesel in 'Percy and Calliope', and how well they interacted. I knew that even in a classic situation, this had plenty of potential, so went for them as my main characters. And of course, I wanted practise with full-cast productions, which is why my voice appears very little. It's also why the voices are people you've heard before and are familiar with (dcg12b, Damocles178) or those who I know well and I think need a bit of exposure (GoldwoodThomas, SkarloeyTheGreat). Actually, better thank the cast for being generally awesome! You guys made the script come to life, and given the subject matter, one restrained performance could have thrown the whole thing off the rails. Quite simply, it's a two-hander, and needed to drag people in and keep their interests. In that was too, this is my most experimental piece of work to date. Unfortunately, with schoolwork and such, I've been too busy to add those final touches (Dodgy SFX, really dodgy countryside runby!) though I hope you like it, because if you do, I might actually reveal who the Ghost of Diesel's past is...
