FIRST ICU ROTATION AS A RESIDENT

Follow on: Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/a.vishnu97/... I share my transition from Emergency Medicine to my first ICU rotation as a resident doctor. Starting in Intensive Care was a steep learning curve, with new procedures, unfamiliar equipment, and a completely different way of managing critically ill patients. I talk about some of the lessons I’ve learned during my first weeks in ICU, how I’m adapting to the rotation, and the challenges of stepping into a new clinical environment. You’ll also get a glimpse of life outside the hospital, including my recent trip back to Malaysia, settling back into work, and some grocery shopping as I prepare for the weeks ahead.
