Video 3 of 10 - Continuity of Protective Conductors

The Scottish Joint Industry Board recently commissioned a series of short videos to illustrate the requirements contained in BS 7671:2008+A3:2015 for testing a new electrical installation. The videos produced provide a resource which will help apprentice electricians and adult trainees refresh their knowledge of these requirements and associated test procedures prior to undertaking Section C of the final integrated competence assessment (FICA). The Videos will also be of help to qualified electricians who want to develop their understanding of this subject. There are 10 videos in total and ideally they should be viewed sequentially however they can be viewed individually or in any order that suits the purposes of the viewer. Video 3 explains and demonstrates the first test in the sequence ‘Continuity of protective conductors’.
