Bali Kaitai Tianhou Temple faces the Bali Ferry Terminal. Locals call it "Jiezai Ma" (街仔妈), the old name for the ferry terminal, also known as "Bali Ma". It's a traditional Minnan three-hall temple. The entrance is a traditional three-bay archway-style gate. The roof is very beautiful, ornate and exquisite. A courtyard exists between the front hall and the main hall. The overall architectural style blends the ancient and modern elements of the Qing Dynasty and the Japanese occupation period.
