Sally Mann with Charlie Rose
Sally Mann is considered one of the most influential photographers of her time. She first came to international prominence in 1992 with “Immediate Family,” a series of complex and enigmatic pictures of her own children. A feature film about her work, What Remains, debuted to critical acclaim in 2006. Her memoir, Hold Still, published in 2015, was hailed as an “instant classic” (Vogue.com), “a masterpiece,” (Pat Conroy) and “fiercely beautiful” (Patti Smith). Join her for an intimate conversation about her book, her photography, the American South and her life’s work.
