Glasgow Underground (1977) | The Final Days
Documentary exploring the Glasgow Underground's history and imminent closure in 1977. The Glasgow Underground underwent a huge modernisation project and reopened in 1980. It is still open today with new trains, updated modern platforms but the same oval route with only two tracks - clockwise and anti-clockwise. A video exploring the 3 year modernisation is also on my channel.
