Domowy ser prawie jak Appenzeller/ Similar to Appenzeller cheese

The Appenzeller is a hard cow's milk cheese made in the Appenzell region of Switzerland. It is classified as a Swiss or Alpine type cheese. The cream-colored cheese has a strong fruity and nutty flavor with herbal aromas. The cheese is washed with secret mixture of 25 herbs and spices.
