By Car From Santa Cruz de Tenerife: ◦ Depart from Santa Cruz de Tenerife, taking the TF-11 highway towards San Andrés. ◦ After passing through San Andrés, follow the road TF-12 towards Anaga Park. ◦ Then turn onto the TF-134 road, leading to the village of Taganana. This is a scenic mountain road, so be careful when driving. ◦ Continue following the signs to the village of Taganana. After passing through the village, follow the signs to Almáciga Beach. From other areas of Tenerife: ◦ Reach Santa Cruz de Tenerife, following the island's main roads, such as TF-1 or TF-5, and then follow the above instructions. By Public Transport Bus (guagua): ◦ From Santa Cruz de Tenerife, you can get there by bus (local name - guagua). TITSA company buses run on the route to Taganana. ◦ Use bus routes such as No. 946, which go from Santa Cruz to Taganana. From there, you can walk to Almáciga Beach. On Foot • If you are in the village of Taganana, you can walk to Almáciga Beach. It is not a great distance and the path goes through picturesque places. Additional Tips • Parking: If you are traveling by car, keep in mind that parking spaces near the beach are limited. • Road: Roads in mountainous areas can be winding and narrow, so be careful when driving. • Weather and conditions: Consider the weather conditions and the state of the sea, especially if you plan to surf.
