Actually i was a big fan of Chicken Mandi Biryani which we get in our India then later i stopped eating it. Let me tell you the reason. when i went to Dubai 1st time Last year i went for a dinner to my friend Moahhamad Shaik Buran. Her mom Naziya Mummy ji prepared this recipe and i forgot what all types of Mandi Biryani i ate in our India. Believe me friends it was mind blowing taste and i ate almost 2 kgs of chicken and 1 kg of Mandi Rice. Oh My Godd.. Simplyy.. That day actually my return ticket was booked to india. but i cancelled it right away and postpone to 3 days later only because im a bigggg foodie and i want to learn that how actually they cook.. Really Hatts Offf Maa.. Al-Salamu Valaykum... Succefully i learnt 3 Mandi recipes that is one Chicken, 2nd one is Mutton Mandi and the other one Fish Mandi. The one i prepared is the chicken and later i will be doing the other recipes which i learnt very soon. For my Food Lovers a Small NOTE for you - CHICKEN MANDI BIRYANI is not cooked without Chicken Stock and Chicken is not deep fried in Oil. Be cautious.
