Park in the Past - Introduction

Find out all about Park in the Past - a unique heritage and preservation Roman fort project within a 120 acre site that includes a 37 acre lake. Park in the Past are creating a 1st Century fully functioning Roman fort alongside a Celtic Iron Age settlement with complete archeological integrity. This project will also protect the landscape and help to conserve rare wildlife species.
