NEW Revolution Conceal and Hydrate Foundation in F1 | First Impressions on Dry Skin

Today I'm testing the brand new Revolution Conceal and Hydrate Foundation! For reference, I have dry/dehydrated skin, and am fair with neutral undertones. My shade in the Revolution range is typically F1 or C1. I tried to wear as little concealer as I could in this review, and did a five-hour wear test. If you're new, hello! I'm Alice.
