KNOWLEDGE TRANSFER | presentation and consistency
Repeatable Process As we are developing and polishing our process, we need to keep in mind to not be so fixated on the optic that it becomes a crutch. We confirm our grip, stance, presentation and ocular focus by removing the optic and trusting our natural point of aim inside of a realistic distance. By staring at the same spot on the target and trusting our foundation, it gives us a glimpse into how solid our foundation is. The reality we all face doesn’t take into consideration gear shortfalls or broken equipment, we train to fight in our current condition, not the condition we wish we were in. Make your process simple and transferable across your different platforms, things go wrong and we must solve them quickly. This becomes less stressful when we’ve training through these contingencies and have built confidence in rapid problem solving.
