This workout will build you a BOOTY SHELF by targeting your upper glutes with focused bodyweight exercises you can do right at home. I created this routine to help you grow your upper glutes, improve glute activation, and build strength using simple movements with no equipment. This 10-minute upper glute workout includes 12 exercises designed to challenge the glutes from different angles while keeping tension where you want it most. We’ll focus on controlled reps and strong glute engagement to really wake up those upper glute muscles and create that lifted, rounded booty shelf look. No equipment is needed for this workout, so all you need is a mat and a little space at home. I recommend moving slowly, staying connected to your glutes, and focusing on the squeeze during every rep to get the most out of each exercise.
