Today we have egg salad for Easter or Easter brunch. Egg salad is an Easter must-have. Easter without egg salad just doesn't work, so today I'll show you my variant of egg salad for Easter brunch. The egg salad is super quick and easy to make. Since it is meatless, it is a vegetarian recipe. And here comes the recipe Ingredients for 2-3 servings 6 eggs 2 pickles 3-4 tbsp cucumber water 3 tbsp mayonnaise 3 tablespoons sour cream A small handful of parsley or even better dil A little cress spices salt pepper preparation 1. Hard boil eggs for about 8 minutes. 2. Finely dice the pickles and place in a bowl 3. Add the mayonnaise and sour cream to the cucumbers. 4. Chop the parsley very finely and add to the bowl, then stir well. 5. Rinse and peel the boiled eggs, then cut into small pieces and add to the bowl. 6. Season with salt and pepper, then add the cucumber water and mix everything really well again. 7. Cut off the cress and add it and stir again. 8. Serve, sprinkle again with fresh cress and enjoy.
