Ahmedabad ke swadist farsaan ke saath saath jaani-maani hai yaha ki Shudh Shakahari Gujarati Thaliya. Aur ye thaliya Gujarat ke paramparik swad ke saath yaha ki sanskriti ko bhi agey badha rahi hai. Farsaan, Gujarati Dal, Aloo tamatar sabzi, Chowli sabzi, rotli ye saazi cheezey Gujarati thali ka ahem hissa hai aur Ahmedabad ke har restaurant aap is tasty khane ka anand le sakte hai. Lekin kuch jagaha swadist khane ke saath saath sajavat aur kathirdari me bhi us Gujarati parampara ko barkarar rakhti hai.
