Hi everyone and welcome to my first video, In this video, I share my full story — life before surgery, the struggles with Ulcerative Colitis, the mental battle that came with it, and the life-changing decision to undergo ileostomy surgery. I genuinely believed my endurance sport days were over, I was wrong. Since surgery, I am now the fittest and healthiest I have ever been. This video and channel documents my journey back to fitness, training, racing, proving that having an ostomy should not define you or your limits.
