INGREDIENTS *1 & 1/2 Cup Egusi (Blended) *1 Medium size onions( blended) *3-4 Scotch Bonnet Pepper *3 Medium Size Red Bell Pepper (Tatashey) *2-3 Medium Size Tomatoes *1/2 to 1 cup Palmoil *2 Teaspoon Locust Beans (Iru) *2 Tablespoon Ground Crayfish or to taste *1 cup Stock *Cooked Meat, Ponmo, Tripe, Stock fish, Smoked Catfish (as much as you want) 1-2 cup Ugu Leaves (finely cut) 1.5 Seasoning Cubes ( to taste) Salt to taste Pls adjust the ingredients to your preference...you are in charge 🥰 Did I miss anything out 🤔 pls let me know.
