I Woke Up in Pain But I Still Had to Sell Tacos (Part 1)

I woke up with a swollen neck and could barely move it, but when you run a taco business, the work still has to get done. Today I’m setting up in Phelan and even though it’s going to be close to 90°F, I got an early start to try to beat the heat. The sun was already intense, so I covered up with long sleeves and a hat to protect my skin while getting everything ready for customers. Running a taco stand isn’t always easy. Some days you’re tired, some days you’re sore, and some days your body isn’t cooperating. But showing up is part of the journey.
