Komax® 340 Wire Processing Solution

Check out a video of two new pieces of automated equipment we have added here at TLC in 2022. 1) We added a Komax 340 Machine with fast and easy setup on the touch screen, precise stripping and length capabilities. This machine has the ability to cut to length and strip from 24 – 2/0 AWG with tight tolerances.   2) The 2nd piece of equipment is a custom automatic wire stripping tinning and crimping machine. This machine can take up to 4 wires, crimp on an IDC Connector, twist up to 4 feet of wire and tin the flying lead ends.  We are also adding a new Komax 255 in February 2023.
