Natalia Grace Shares DETAILS of ‘Escape’ From Manses Family In RARE Interview

The Natalia Grace case is taking another turn. The Ukrainian orphan whose former adoptive parents, the Barnetts, accused her of secretly being an adult with sinister intentions when she joined their family in 2010 is speaking out in a new interview with People Magazine about her latest challenges which are set to be documented in an upcoming follow-up series on Investigation Discovery premiering in four days. The trailer shows Natalia, who has a rare dwarfism condition, appear to escape her most recent adoptive parents, Cynthia and Antwon Mans, to a new family, the DePauls, who are also little people – and who previously tried to adopt her. In a past edition of the Investigation Discovery series, Natalia alleged that she been vindicated surrounding the speculation about her age after a medical lab's DNA test conducted in 2023 allegedly confirmed her real age to be approximately 22 at the time, which would have made her about 9 when Michael and Kristine Barnett adopted her. “There were a lot of people saying, ‘You’re fake. You’re a liar. You’re a pedophile.’ I’m also known for the little girl that was helpless and was beaten and starved and all that.
