How to Make a Roman Shade with Roller Clutch System
In this video tutorial we will show you how to make your own roman shade. This roman shade includes a roller clutch system which operates via a bead chain for smooth operation. We will also sew pockets in the lining fabric for the insertion of the ribs and show some cleaver ways to eliminate the tedious job of hand sewing the rings in place. Sailrite makes ordering this type of roman shade easy by providing complete kits which include all the materials needed, except the decorative and lining fabrics.
