AI tools for educators - session 7 (12.1.26). The meeting focused on exploring various Google AI tools and resources for educators and researchers. Dr. Ilena presented an overview of Google Scholar Labs, Gemini, Google AI Studio, and Notebook LM, among others, highlighting their features and potential applications in academic settings. She demonstrated how these tools can be used for tasks such as generating podcasts, creating mind maps, and conducting deep research. Konstantinos shared an example of using Notebook LM to create a video summary of a project, showcasing its capabilities. The session also touched on Google Arts & Culture and Google Earth as additional resources for educational purposes.
