In the second example, it is more cumbersome, less fast and practical, and like doing two colors but it is a very surgical solution and gives perfect results. What do you never do? !!!! Never lower the shade of the color you apply, because if your goal is to get a light brown 5 and apply a darker brown 4 tone in the regrowth, the risk is more than when you apply the color, and even if you are careful you overlap it slightly to the color regrown from the last application, a darker bar will form between the root and the length.
