An acoustic, raw cover of a beautiful song written by Natalia Lafourcade. The song is about deep connection with self-discovery, emotional survival and one's heritage. Seeing as it's in Spanish (sorry if I mispronounce any words, I'm still a beginner), I made sure to include the English translation. I decided to cover this for two reasons. First of all, because I find this song beautiful and lovely to play, but also because today I became 19 years old. Nearly two decades. I've learned many things and know that I have many more things yet to learn, and I found this song to be the perfect song to celebrate reaching this age.
