Winter Redfish Cheatcode!! (Slayfest Video + Slam) Jacksonville, FL Kayak Fishing

And the cheat code to catching redfish in the winter is…. Mud Minnows. At least it was on this trip. On this episode, I head out on a solo kayak fishing adventure to one of my favorite areas. It was windy (15mph+, that eventually blew my drone into the water) and cold (36º low that morning). I knew all of that heading out, but I also knew the solunar prediction reported that it was going to be an "excellent day" for fishing. And for once at least, the predictions were totally correct! This was definitely one of my best, if not my absolute BEST, redfish day I've ever had on a kayak. As you can see, the video is extremely long, and I didn't even include all the fish caught.
