How to Make a Sweet Potato Souffle

Hey everybody and welcome to another episode of Sunday Cooking with Mom and Me. Today mom is gonna show us how to make an amazing sweet potato souffle. Christmas is right around the corner and this would be a perfect time to show your friends and family that you can make the best dish on the table. It goes great with any holiday meal, or just a regular Sunday family dinner. Get those taste buds running and be prepared to taste perfection. Hope you all enjoy and be blessed!!! Sweet potato souffle 4 sweet potatoes (5 cups, cut) 1 cup sugar ¾ cup light brown sugar 6 tablespoons melted butter 2 eggs 1 cup evaporated milk 1 teaspoon vanilla extract ½ teaspoon lemon extract 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon ½ teaspoon allspice ½ teaspoon nutmeg Large Marshmallows Washed, peeled, cut, and boiled until tender 20 minutes. Drained. Pour into kitchen aid mixing bowl. Mix potatoes until creamy. Stop to remove strings from beater. Add 6 tablespoons of soften butter. Mix. Add eggs, one at a time. Add white and brown sugars. Add vanilla and lemon extracts. Add cinnamon, allspice, and nutmeg. Mix. Add milk and mix. Butter a casserole dish and pour mixture into dish. Align top of soufflé with marshmallows. Bake in 350-degree oven for 30 minutes.
