Acrylic Pouring String Pull Technique - 🌈 Colorful Abstract Painting

Hi everyone, in today's acrylic pouring video we played once again with the String Pull Technique using 6 colors and 11 strings to create an abstract flower rainbow'ish acrylic painting. The rainbow does so much more than provide the variety and aesthetics in our universe; utilizing the inspiration and delight of colors can improve mood and psychological wellbeing. The colors we chose for this painting are: violet turquoise blue green yellow medium orange red The mixing recipe for the colors is: 1 part acrylic paint, 1 part floetrol, 0.5 part water to get the right consistency. In case you want to try this yourself, here are all the steps we took: 1. Cover a round canvas with white acrylic base (1 part white acrylic paint, 1 part floetrol, 1 part water), tilt the canvas to spread the base and then work the edges. 2. Place 11 cotton strings on the canvas like you see in the video (we recommend you to use damp cotton strings as they are easier to work with) 3. Pour the rainbow on the strings, one color at a time. 4. Use 2 paintbrush handler's tips to pull the strings from the center to the edges.
