2.5 Meter Long Inflatable Whale Ride-On Toy from Phenod Toys

Here is the prototype of one of Phenod Toys' giant inflatable ride-on whales. This is the black and white 2.5 meter long version and will be made from super soft and bouncy 0.4 millimeter thick vinyl. The production version has 5 separate air chambers, one for each fin and one for the body. It will be super strong with smooth double lapped seams and lots of reinforcement.
