Rocco Praises HIM - Reggae Roots and Culture Selection

Here is the first of a Summer season of Roots and Culture Reggae Selections inspired by UK soundsystems that I've been listening to lately - Jah Shaka, Channel One, Aba Shanti I. This is not a mix, it is a selection of tunes played in a Soundsystem style and is the first video in a new Summer Series of Reggae. Dedicated to all the Carnival massive and crew representing this Summer at Leicester, Notting Hill, Bristol, Nottingham and all other outdoor dances. Recorded live in London in July 2015 using lo-fi technology with only a Dub Siren and Delay Unit for effects.
