Today, I am taking you along on my very first experience at the massive Pragati Maidan Beauty Expo! ​I went checking out the event with my friend, and despite how incredibly rushed and crowded it gets, the exposure is absolutely amazing—especially if you are a makeup artist or just starting out in the beauty field. I learned so many new tips, watched detailed live makeup demonstrations, and discovered incredible products suited for different skin types. ​If you plan on attending a beauty expo in the future, here are my top pro-tips: ​Give it time: Don't rush in and out! You need to dedicate a good chunk of your day to actually sit through the live brand demos and grasp the makeup techniques being shown. ​Keep your internet ready: Make sure your mobile data is working perfectly. A lot of stalls give away amazing freebies, but they require you to record a quick video, post a story, or tag their brand on the spot. ​Always do a patch test: No matter how amazing a product sounds, always test it out first before applying it directly to your face to avoid skin reactions. ​🛍️ The Haul Breakdown: Purchases & Freebies ​I walked away with a massive bag full of products, featuring incredible discounts (like Buy 1 Get 1 Free or 50% off deals) along with awesome free promotional items.
