The making of the hit song, Mona With The Children, written and performed by Douglas John Cameron

The back story to this song is full of twists and turns triggered by a major international incident and ending with the murder of an 18 year old Iranian woman of faith, Mona Mahmudnizhad. In each chapter, there is intrigue driven by a revolutionary fervour motivated by religion, politics, colonialism, terrorism and when the execution is finally over, the only one left standing is the man behind the song, Whiskey Jack's own Douglas John Cameron. As the songwriter and singer, his role is front and centre. The cast of characters behind this story are driven by their commitment to the Baha'i faith.. The main character is of course Douglas (who left the faith shortly after this video was released), the famous pop duo, Seals and Crofts and TV/Movie producer Jack Lenz.
