Hooded Pocket Scarf Crochet Tutorial | Beginner Friendly Granny Shawl Pattern | AstroKnotty

In today's video I am going to show you how to create my own version of the popular hooded pocket scarf. This design features granny cluster stitches and will be split into several parts (the rectangle scarf panel, the optional hood, and optional pockets/fringe/kitten ears). This is made-to-measure; however I recommend the dimensions of at least 5-9 inches wide, and 65-75 inches long. Stitch you will be using: Double Crochet Single Crochet Half Double Crochet Materials: Any weight yarn and hook size If using weight 4: use 5.5 mm hook, and at least 200 grams/360 yards. If using weight 5: use 6.5 mm hook, and at least 300 grams.
