쉐보레 트래버스 레드라인 시승기(Chevrolet Traverse red line review)

Following the Colorado's launch last week, Chevrolet has released the Traverse, a large SUV. It's a veritable "hot deal." Plans for the Traverse's domestic launch were actually announced quite a while ago. However, after many twists and turns, it's finally here. The Traverse is well over 5 meters long. At 5,200 mm, it's only 20 mm shorter than the Colorado's 5,400 mm. It's the largest SUV Chevrolet has ever released in Korea. It's available in five trim levels: the lowest trim, the LT Leather, starts at 45.2 million won, and the highest trim, the Redline, starts at 55.22 million won. The car featured in the test drive is the Redline. It features red-based Traverse lettering on the front fenders, 20-inch Redline signature black alloy wheels with red stripes, black taillights, and high-gloss black door handles and window trim, making it even prettier. The black Redline was the most striking car I saw on-site. Because the vehicle itself is so large, darker colors make it look more solid and nimble than lighter ones. The Traverse is 2 meters wide, so it feels very stable from behind. The interior is also very comfortable. It seats seven and has three rows of seats, and even with them upright, there's still a decent amount of trunk space. Folding the second and third rows down reveals a truly whale-like trunk. The floor is also completely flat, making it perfect for pitching a tent. The Traverse's greatest strengths are its storage and living space. And despite its size, the ride quality is excellent. It's similar to the ride quality I experienced with the Honda Pilot. I think the two will be a dead ringer in the market. It's larger than the Palisade, and I think the Chevrolet has a better ride quality. On the other hand, the interior feels a bit more refined for a large SUV. It's a typical Chevrolet interior, simple and practical. Rather than trying to make things look more attractive, the focus is on usability and ease of use. The advanced driver assistance features aren't adaptive cruise control, but standard cruise control. Lane keeping assist isn't the newest feature, but rather an older generation. It only centers the car when the wheels are in the lane. These days, they try to keep it in the middle of the lane from the start. That's why it's even more disappointing. If only a little more had been done, it would have been a much more attractive car. The Traverse has a wonderful engine sound. It was the same with the Colorado, and this one is no exception. However, the Traverse has put a lot of effort into soundproofing. The engine compartment bulkhead is well sealed, so engine noise inside the cabin is minimal. However, the exhaust note is clearly audible in the third row. The rear window doesn't appear to be double-laminated. These large SUVs are truly bursting forth. Come see for yourself.
