This upper body workout has it all! We are building muscular strength, definition, and endurance with TUT sets! TUT = time under tension. We will incorporate TUTs today by using full range and pulses. This will allow us to keep the muscle under tension for a substantial duration, which allows for the increase in strength, defintionm and endurance I mentioned above. TUTs are effective and fun!
