FFG Service - Carburetor Inspection & Cleaning - 2003 Polaris Sportsman 500 HO
Carb was removed in the last video. This video is the inspection & cleaning to see why the Sportsman is getting too much fuel. The pilot screw did not adjust in the first start clip and the idle was set high. The quad has a rough idle and will bog itself out when idling. After going through the carb, the Sportsman is running better.
