Alexander Borisovich Kachan is a 6th dan in Aikikai Aikido and a 5th dan in Shitoryu Karate-do. He holds the "Golden Belt," the highest distinction of the Russian Union of Martial Arts. He is the head coach of the National Aikido Council of Russia. He is the head of the Oshinkan Interregional Aikido Club. He is an associate professor in the Department of Physical Education and Sports at Lomonosov Moscow State University. He is the author of Aikido curricula for schools and universities, as well as Aikido programs for physical education universities. In Yekaterinburg, Alexander Borisovich conducted a seminar on Aikido Aikikai techniques. In this part of the lesson, he discussed in detail the mechanics of the Style movements.
